You have a beautiful smile, you can do it! I lost 60 pounds after I had my daughter, on the low carb diet. Nothing strigent or major, jusy start counting carbs & try to stay under 25 a day, it works! I did allow myself one treat per week too, but then I started counting the carbs in that, lol!
